How much do you charge for UK delivery?

Standard delivery is 100% free on every armchair and accent lounge chair sent anywhere in the United Kingdom. There are no minimum spend thresholds or hidden checkout surcharges.

How long will it take for my armchair to arrive?

Orders received before 2:00 PM (UK Time) require 1–2 business days for careful packaging and transit booking, followed by 4–7 business days of courier transit. Total expected delivery time is 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday).

What if an armchair doesn't suit my room layout or doorway?

We provide a generous 30-day return window. Every package includes a prepaid return shipping label inside the box. As long as the chair is clean, undamaged, and repacked with its original protective packaging and legs, you can return it by mail completely free of charge.

Are there any restocking or return shipping fees?

None at all. We do not deduct restocking fees, and return postage is 100% free when using the enclosed prepaid return label.

When will my refund be completed?

Within 3 business days of receiving your returned armchair at our facility, our staff completes inspection and issues your full refund directly back to your original Visa or Mastercard account.

What payment methods are accepted at checkout?

To ensure high payment security and protect your details, we exclusively accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. We do not accept other payment methods.
